1. Booking Confirmation

   1.1 Full payment is required in order for us to confirm your booking.

 

2. Booking Cancellation

   2.1 By Customer

      2.1.1 Up until 7 days prior to the start of your course you are entitles to:
            - cancel your booking,
            - receive a full refund.

      2.1.2 Up until 24 hours prior to the start of your course you are entitled to:
            - cancel your booking,
            - request a 75% refund on your course payment.

      2.1.3 Within 24 hours prior to the start of your course:
            - you may request to reschedule your booking date and time,
            - we will not be able to refund your payment.

      2.1.4 Within 30 minutes prior to the start of your course:
            - we will not be able to refund your payment,
             - we will not be able to reschedule your booking

   2.2 By Company

      2.2.1 We will always do our best to make sure that all bookings run at the scheduled date and time. However, in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booking:
         - we will notify you as soon as possible,
         - we will offer you an alternative booking or a full refund.

      2.2.2 It is not possible for us to refund any travel costs you may incur due to cancellations.

      2.2.3 We advise that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your booking. If you arrive after the scheduled start-time of your booking we will not be able to extend your booking beyond the scheduled finish time.

      2.2.4 In the event that an individual or group have to be removed from a course, due to consistently unsafe behaviour, we will not be able to offer any form of refund.
