Hey I'm Charlotte, nice to meet you.

Charlotte Hatto

British Wheel of Yoga Certified Yoga Teacher

Charlotte has practiced yoga for more years than she cares to remember, studying a variety of styles along the way and completing her Certificate of Yoga Teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2014. Over the years her interest has moved towards encouraging awareness of the different parts of the body, helping them to work together with concentration/mind and breath in a variety of dynamic and static postures. By focussing on dynamic movement within and between postures, she aims to promote and maintain enhanced muscle mobility, strength and flexibility. Yoga is not about how good you are or what you look like. It’s a practice you can tailor to your goals and the needs of your lifestyle.

Charlottes classes cost £7.50 for 90 minutes, a booking charge is applied below and the balance is due to Charlotte at the start of the class, all adults are welcome.

Fay Lodge

RM, NMP, BMidwif(Hons), MSc Midwifery, RYT, RPYT

Hi! I’m Fay. I have studied yoga in the UK, Spain, Japan, India and Sri Lanka and collated knowledge from teachers around the world. I completed a 200hr Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2018 and in Spain in 2019, and the 85hr Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in the UK in 2019.

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga links movement with breath in a flowing sequence which is perfect for climbers. Both have the same mind body-connection and complex movements that require a clear mind and steady breath. Increase your strength and flexibility both physically and mentally with this challenging style of yoga. Every 2nd Saturday of the month I offer a 2hr guided full primary series suitable for beginners and regular practitioners alike.

I also offer pregnancy yoga classes with a basis in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, connecting movement with breath. Classes consist of a flowing pregnancy yoga sequence followed by a chance to meet other parents-to-be, ask questions and learn tips, tricks, and techniques for aiding your journey through pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. These classes are currently held through Zoom every Monday 6-7:15pm. Email fay@lotusbirthyoga.com or visit http://lotusbirthyoga.com/for more info.

Fay’s face-to-face classes cost £8.50 including the per class booking fee applied at booking below.

Movement is medicine.

My intention is to bring you a strong, fluid vinyasa class, linking breath to movement. My classes are playful, creative and challenging.

I love creative movement and the dance like nature of vinyasa. I’m fascinated by anatomy and the relationship between flexibility, mobility, stability and strength. Through movement we can connect body, breath and mind. The connections we make in our movement practises will keep us strong, aware and attuned.

The main emphasis in my classes is play. Our brains are designed to learn through play. Yoga is for everyone and there are modifications for everything. Come and experiment with your movement, listen to your body, take risks, and perhaps find that elusive balance of strength and focus alongside softness and grace. I hope you can find joy and freedom with movement.

Ash Demyen

Registered and Certified teacher with the Yoga Alliance

Hello! My name is Ash, and I have been practicing Yoga for almost five years now and teaching meditation classes for a year. I am a Canadian citizen living and exploring the beauty of the Highlands of Scotland, and recently became a registered and certified teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I also have been certified for going through Meditation Teacher Training; allowing me to be able to construct workshops, teaching others the value of anatomy and influencing different types of meditation.

Yoga is something special. It's very unique to each person, to each body and yoga gives people a moment to stop, to slow down and also to find more about ones self and be inquisitive. It gives you a chance to find emotions interesting, to find kindness and appreciation for others and your self. Yoga makes me passionate about life, and I hope to share my passions with as many people as possible. The styles of class I like to share are Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow, taking the time to build muscle and work with the challenges of the mind.

Classes cost £7.50 including the per class booking fee applied at time of booking below.
