Welcome to our new Yoga Studio

Charlotte Hatto
British Wheel of Yoga Certified Yoga Teacher
Charlotte has practiced yoga for more years than she cares to remember, studying a variety of styles along the way and completing her Certificate of Yoga Teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2014. Over the years her interest has moved towards encouraging awareness of the different parts of the body, helping them to work together with concentration/mind and breath in a variety of dynamic and static postures. By focussing on dynamic movement within and between postures, she aims to promote and maintain enhanced muscle mobility, strength and flexibility. Yoga is not about how good you are or what you look like. It’s a practice you can tailor to your goals and the needs of your lifestyle.
Charlottes classes cost £7.50 for 90 minutes, a booking charge is applied below and the balance is due to Charlotte at the start of the class, all adults are welcome.
